Very determined to do his best and keep his department running EXTREMELY, has very good memory, great at checkers and DDR, persistent persistent persistent, GIVES HIS ALL at all times, very people-centric and concerned with his Vongola employees, learns quickly, is surprisingly capable of making (sort of) wise decisions despite his inexperience, EXCELLENT at hounding and nagging at people, and even better at bugging them to do things.

.:: History ::.
To say that Ryohei had been obsessed with boxing would be an understatement. Because he got beaten up by a mysterious man (with a speech impediment) at a bar when he was a delinquent 13-year-old, Ryohei saw the light and went out of his way to be the best boxer anyone could be.

After graduating from high school, Ryohei quit school and decided to take his boxing career even more seriously. He couldn’t fully support himself with just his boxing fights at the start, however, so he took part time work at the Vongola, jumping from the Distribution and Production department as a delivery boy and the Maintenance department as an errand boy and pretty much everywhere else that needed his assistance. Ryohei knows the office and how it’s run by the said departments like the back of his hand. Even when he started becoming more successful in his boxing career, Ryohei never quit his job, thinking of it as the job that he'd eventually fall back on when he retired.

Unfortunately, about a year ago, Ryohei’s luck turned for the worse – he got hit at a bad angle in the ring and damaged the retina of his left eye. He can still read, drive, and use the computer properly without glasses, but his gauge for distance is a little off and it’s hard for him to follow fast things with his eyes, especially when they’re flying for his face. And so his professional boxing career ended.

Fortunately, after a short period of being lost and being a little depressed, Ryohei got back to his feet and resumed his business as usual, though now his schedule had flipped over: He took up his job at the Vongola full-time, devoting more time to work and less on boxing, finding something else to pour his complete attention on. With his change from part-time to full time, his department head was finally able to give him the promotions that he could have had before, boosting him up to a respectable rank in the company. Shortly after, the head of the Internal Affairs decided to retire. None of the other department veterans wanted to take over his job because they were also about to retire, and because the department was full of part-timers and contract workers, it was difficult to look for someone else to replace the head.

This is where Ryohei, now ten years in the company, came in. He was offered the job and he took it without hesitation, accepting the responsibility of taking care of the Vongola HQ to the best of his abilities. He started the job on the first of February so he’s still pretty green, but he makes up for his lack of experience with a lot of enthusiasm.

Ryohei is a simple man with the dedication of a horse, and is the kind of person who lives life to its extreme fullest. Some people think he's just an idiot, but they can't deny that he does seem pretty damn happy with his life despite the blow to his dreams when he got injured.

His family is made up of his parents and his beloved sister, Kyoko. He has a few friends, a lot of buddies in the boxing gym he goes to, and is generally nice to everyone he meets. Despite his loud, boisterous nature, it's very easy for people to take to him.
